Here is my version of the Father's Day OWH Midweek Throwdown. All Dad's day cards need to be to your shipper by 5/21/11.
The yellow paper was crimped and glued to a white card. The blue paper was a scrap. The moose was cut out of a 12x12 sheet of wildlife paper from hobby lobby and of course brads. The inside states Happy Father's Day.
Reminds me of alaska. (BTW..your link on OWH doesn't work, you might need to edit it) But I found you anyway! LOL!

ReplyDeleteLove this card - great for an outdoorsy guy!
ReplyDeleteWhat a neat idea to use part of the paper as your focal image, I like it! Thanks for playing in our challenge at Operation Write Home!
ReplyDeleteThe moose image seems so serene, what a great idea for a focal image! Nice, masculine card for Father's Day and for an outdoorsman.
ReplyDeleteI had to click and come see this moose up close and personal. . . I love him and I think that this makes the perfect Father's Day Card! But I am partial to mooses. :) I heart them! Great job and thank you for sharing!
