I don't know about everyone else but I hate the time change. I wish they would leave it on one time year round and be done with it. So I decided I needed to get a box of cards off to OWH. It was a year ago that I sent my first box. Since I work full time and commute (one way) a hour I don't have a lot of time to work on cards and only get one box done a year. I am not happy about this but what to do? I was hoping this winter I would get stuck at home but our winter was really mild here in North Iowa. I always have a lot to do and not enough time to get it all done. Here are some cards that are in my box to go out tomorrow. I had some Easter cards to send but missed that deadline so my goal for next year is to get my cards all done earlier. As you will see below I like quick and simple cards. I am not happy with all the cards but I do think they turned out pretty good.

ReplyDeleteHi Dawn! I decided to move my comments for the challenge to your other post! These are some nice cards! I see some Create with TLC cars (or Digital 2 for Tuesday?) - don't you love her freebies? Come visit my blog if you want. I have a side bar on the right to click to go to postings with anything I have tagged with Create with TLC if you want to see some of my OWH cards made with her stuff. I think it's a lot of fun to see what other OWH cardmakers make with the vintage digis. :)
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear your weather is good; ours here in Washington state is snowy!
Happy crafting!
I really love those old cars! And the elephant's darling!
ReplyDeleteAnd I must live somewhere around Lee Mae because we had snow on South Puget Sound yesterday. But it didn't stick, so it was just pretty coming down. Nothing like our January ice storm!
Hey, Dawn. You have some nice-looking stamps and designer paper. I have only been making cards for OWH since June and have found OWHtv and OWH on Facebook very helpful in taking my cards to the next level. If you can, check out the recent "before and after" cards OWH has posted on FB. Sandy is so good about teaching us all ;)
